What Does Sage Membership Include?
Sage Membership offers our families high quality pediatric care designed to build a long-term, collaborative relationship with Dr. Amy.
We have made the decision to structure our practice very differently from the standard pediatric office. We want to build a strong therapeutic relationship with each and every one of our patient families. We want to be able to address all of your questions and concerns thoroughly. We want to offer advice, share stories, and listen to our patients. This is why our standard visits are one hour long, with acute visits scheduled for 30 minutes.

Available at Sage Pediatrics (at variable costs) or with a collaborating pediatric practice in Berkeley (with your insurance). Call for details.
Newborn Hospital Care
Approximately $450 for one visit or $650 for 2 visits (if delivering at Alta Bates)
Home Visit Travel Fee
$100
ADHD/Depression/Anxiety Management
(variable prices depending on the case)
Additional Services for Members and Nonmembers
Children can visit Dr. Maidenberg without a membership for certain types of visits. Below are specialized visits available to both members and nonmembers.
Integrative Visits
Dr. Maidenberg, MD and Dr. Roland, ND
$550 for one hour, $750 for 90min. These are awesome!
Vaccine Scheduling Visit
$350 for 45-60 minutes in person or virtual
