Do you take insurance?
We request payment at the time of service. We will provide you with all necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance. If you have a PPO, reimbursement will be according to your out-of-network benefit schedule. Also, all expenses paid to Sage Pediatrics are eligble for reimbursement by your Health Savings Account or Flexible Spending Accounts.
How much time will I have with the doctor?
We schedule one hour for well-child check ups and other consultations. This allows for a complete physical exam and thorough discussion of your child's health care needs. For sick visits, the appointments are generally 30 minutes long.

What is the membership fee?
The membership fee allows us to offer:
One time consultations such as a Vaccine Scheduling Visit or a Joint Pediatrician/Naturopathic visit do not require membership.

What is the cancellation policy?
Please let us know at least two business days in advance when you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If you cancel within less than 48 hours, you will be charged $100 for the missed appointment.
